For a healthy and well cared hair, we must meet a healthy life style.
More than any other part of the body, hair reacts negatively to our difficult periods.
Hair is sensitive to two types of factors : external and internal.
External factors - wind, cold, rain, sun, pollution - act
immediately on the hair leading to brightness loss, thinning the hair thread, its
breaking or its wearing out. To combat these effects, there must be used adequate
cosmetic products, to nourish and to maintain the hydro-lipid balance of the hair
thread.
Internal factors - such as stress and un-balanced food
diet – act though in a longer period of time. So, after a stress period, the negative
effects at the hair level may appear even 3 months later, being visible as whitening, hair
loss or dandruff. These effects are most difficult to be fought against, because nobody
is willing to change his/her life style to have a healthier hair. There are products which
attenuate and try to repair the negative effects of the daily life but they must be
searched carefully.
